I’m a print designer turned UX designer. Working at a startup printing company for five years ignited my interest in process innovation and intuitive software tools. This led me back to school where I recently completed a masters in Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Maryland.

What drives and excites me as a designer is getting to learn all about a user’s world and the cool work they do, and then creating a tool that empowers them to do that work even more effectively. I thrive on detangling complex processes, building intuitive systems, and designing meaningful interactions.

When I’m not working you can usually find me hiking, planning my next trip, making music in our local community band, or curled up with a good fantasy book.
